TOOLS CATEGORY BRAND MANAGER
We are looking for a driven, creative and detail-oriented Category Brand Manager to take ownership of the marketing plans and execution for our Tools category across all our home markets – Finland and the Baltics. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that grow awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sales—across all channels and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Tools category brands in collaboration with sales and product teams;
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand-building activities across multiple channels (web, social media, in-store, media);
  • Coordinate the creation of creative assets and ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with suppliers to align marketing activities, product launches, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor brand and campaign performance, analyze market and competitor trends and provide insights for product development.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in brand management, category marketing or trade marketing;
  • Proven experience in planning and executing omnichannel markting campaigns with large number of different brands;
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across departments and with external partners;
  • Analytical mindset and experience with performance reporting and ROI evaluation;
  • Genuine interest and passion for the tools category and related products;
  • Fluent in Estonian and English.
