Founded in 2024, Well Tourism is a single-source platform providing market representation for the wellness tourism industry, offering both a voice for wellness tourism businesses and a consumer resource hub for discovery. We profile the finest spas and wellness resorts worldwide, interview leading wellness experts, and report on the industry's innovations so that you hear them first.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Co-Founder at Well Tourism. The Co-Founder will be responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, securing partnerships, and ensuring the company's growth and success in the wellness travel industry. Additionally, the Co-Founder will manage communications with internal stakeholders and investor relations.

Our current goal is to meet our fundraising targets. You will collaborate with the other co-founders to secure funding, before scaling the company's development into the international market through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for turning vision into reality

• You have a proven track record in leading GTM strategies and business development efforts

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Management, or a Master in Management (MIM); Master in Business Administration (MBA); MSc. in Strategic or International Management

• An understanding of the wellness tourism industry or a willingness to learn

• Experience in a B2B2C environment would be preferred but not essential
