About the role

As a Senior Recruiter for Bolt's Autonomous Vehicles (AV) team, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across the AV organisation to deliver hiring excellence as the function scales globally. You'll work with senior leaders, and an evolving leadership network, hiring for business-critical roles and building strong talent pipelines to support long-term growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Use data and metrics to track and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain a diverse talent pipeline and enhance employer branding..
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
  • You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.
  • You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
