Role Description

This is a full-time role for an International Sales Manager, based in Tallinn. You will lead our international sales, define new market entry strategies, and pilot go-to-market activities. This is a significant position with responsibility for crafting sales strategy as well as executing it. You will work closely with leadership.

What you will do

  • Create and execute an international expansion plan
  • Analyze new markets to identify growth potential and entry strategy
  • Pilot go-to-market activities and scale what works
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and performance tracking
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and sales reports
  • Provide market insights to inform strategic decisions at the leadership level
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and negotiation
  • Experience in B2B software sales
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve KPIs
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
  • Prior experience in property or facility management is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
