What You will Do:

• Handle complex marine crew travel arrangements with 3+ years of specialized experience
• Work with Amadeus GDS systems to optimize booking processes and integrate with our AI platform
• Collaborate with our AI development team to improve automated decision-making algorithms
• Provide expert oversight for AI-generated travel solutions, ensuring accuracy and optimization
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and service providers in the maritime sector
• Contribute to our knowledge base that powers AI learning and optimization
• Handle escalated situations requiring human expertise and judgment

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years marine/maritime travel experience - You understand crew rotations, vessel schedules, and industry-specific requirements
• Amadeus GDS proficiency - Strong technical skills with booking systems and workflow optimization
• Problem-solving mindset - Ability to handle complex, multi-variable travel scenarios
• AI collaboration interest - Excitement about working alongside intelligent systems and contributing to their improvement
