You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading B2B product development in Estonia, including defining and implementing local business and product processes
- Automating and optimizing business processes to ensure scalability and profitability
- Creating and managing the Estonian product roadmap – deciding what we build and why, based on strategic objectives
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and support product positioning
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating communication with local regulators, the transmission system operator (TSO), and other partners
- Monitoring and improving P&L performance – balancing growth, cost efficiency, and product portfolio profitability
- Establish product management and decision-making frameworks within the Estonian energy sales unit (tools, methodologies, KPIs)
- Implementing data-driven management - including analytics, metrics, and financial models
Required for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, IT, or a related field (preferably a Master's degree, such as an MBA, energy economics, renewable energy, etc.)
- 1–2 years of experience in product development or the energy industry
- Good understanding of electricity market operations (generation, transmission, distribution, retail, wholesale)
- Knowledge of pricing models (tariffs, market prices, PPAs) and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with digital tools (JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/Power BI, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline and the ability to make decisions in uncertain situations
