Now, we are looking for a Senior Golang Developer in Tallinn or Tartu.
Our client is the Ministry of Interior (Siseministeerium), and you would be joining a project with a very high impact and importance — a system meant for emergency center employees, ensuring rapid coordination and efficient response during critical situations.

Your role is to:
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Write well-designed, efficient and testable code
Create meaningful solutions using the latest technologies
Collaborate in a supportive team environment and mentor less experienced developers
Follow and promote engineering best practices in your daily work

To be successful in it, you need to:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang), including developing scalable backend systems
Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database in at least one project
Experience working in container-based development environments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Good understanding of modern microservices architecture and CI/CD practices
Have knowledge and experience in agile methodology
Have a can-do attitude and be initiative & adaptable
Be a team player who cares about colleagues and clients
Be able to express yourself and collaborate effectively in Estonian
