About The Role
We're looking for someone that is able to discover valuable user and business opportunities in alignment with the domain strategy, and deliver high quality solutions that are simple and intuitive to address customer problems.

Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influences their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Advocating for the user, running usability tests, and ensuring design decisions are based on user research and feedback.
  • Collaborating with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and limitations.
  • Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability.
  • Managing design projects to ensure you adhere to timelines and balance multiple tasks effectively.
  • Contributing to or developing design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products.
  • Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

About you:

  • You have experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and a proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users.
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms, including user interfaces and user experience design.
  • You have a strong background in creating and working with design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Your experience includes designing intuitive dashboards and portals for both web and mobile applications.
  • You approach design with a creative and strategic mindset, always considering the bigger picture.
  • You can communicate fluently in English, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and plan iterative design deliveries with clear, achievable milestones.
