Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our core product team in Tallinn, Estonia, and help shape the future of work for service businesses.

In this role, you won't just be improving a product; you'll be crafting intuitive and powerful experiences that solve complex workflow challenges for thousands of professionals daily.

To succeed in this role, you need a background as a Senior Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with hands-on experience turning complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions. You're confident working across the full design process – from research and ideation to polished visuals – and enjoy collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.

What will you do?

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and journey mapping to creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and participate in client interviews to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Plan and run usability tests to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to and evolve the Scoro product design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the platform.

• Monthly Gross Salary: Depending on experience, the range is up to 5,000 euros.  

You'd be a great fit if you have:

• Examples of your past work and design process. We want to see how you approach and solve complex problems. A traditional portfolio is great, but we also welcome in-depth case studies, project walkthroughs, or presentations that showcase your skills in UX, UI, and product thinking.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
• Proven experience in conducting design research and usability testing.
• A talent for turning complex processes into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in a professional services business (e.g., agency, consultancy).
• A solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience using Scoro or similar platforms (e.g., PSA or project management tools).
• Experience working on a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in graphic design.
