As a
Treasury Specialist in the fast-paced world of iGaming
, you're not just managing numbers - you're powering the game behind the game.

You start each day by
monitoring live cash and crypto balances
across our bank network, ensuring every spin, bet, and payout is backed by real-time liquidity. Weekly, you compile our
cash position report
- our financial radar - keeping the business on track. You'll sweep funds into
high-yield accounts
, ensuring our funds are always bringing additional gain.

From approving
high-stakes wire transfers
to tracking settlements and players deposits and withdrawals, you're the bridge between the platform and the vault. You'll also keep a sharp eye on
bank service fees
, making sure we're not paying for things we don't use—because every chip counts.

On the
FX and crypto front
, you're in the loop with currency swings and digital asset flows. Whether it's hedging USD exposure or managing a Bitcoin treasury wallet, you adjust strategies like a trader at the final table.

When it comes to
reconciliation
, you're the go-to for matching Payment Service Provider (PSP) data with internal data, rolling reserve checks, fee validations, and volume balancing. You prep clean journal entries and dive deep into any mismatch - no bug goes unfixed.

Your
short-term cash forecasts
ensure we're always in the green. You flag any dips, spikes, or surprises, giving the business time to react. For long-term plays, you update and analyze
monthly and quarterly liquidity forecasts
.

You're plugged in with banks, PSPs, and partners - resolving issues, setting up new rails, or testing new flows like top-ups, settlements, and conversions. You're part of the
onboarding squad
for new partners, making sure the flow from player deposit to bank account is seamless.

With an eye on the bigger picture, you deliver
monthly treasury reports
to leadership and help maintain access controls, bank signatories, and corporate card setups. You're also the engine behind our
Liquidity Dashboard
, bringing data and automation into one sleek command center.

You collaborate across Finance, BI, and Product to
automate, optimize, and document processes
. Whether it's PSP reconciliation improvements, smarter fee tracking, or building tools.

Your Skills And Experience

• Attention to details
• Great with numbers and math
• Highly skilled in excel, with a drive to learn new tools and automate tasks
• Problem-solver: Analytical & critical thinker
• Effective communicator, in English
• Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and crypto mechanics
• Business/Finance/Accounting related degree or similar work experience
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
