Payments Coordinator

The Job in a Nutshell

As a Payments Coordinator, you'll manage all PSP-related matters in close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and our Estonia-based Payments team. Acting as the main liaison for our PSP portfolio, you'll drive initiatives, resolve escalations, and turn data and feedback into platform improvements that enhance reliability, acceptance, and cost-efficiency. Working alongside the Payments team, you'll help translate daily operational insights into measurable gains for Coolbet's payments platform.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Supporting reconciliation processes in cooperation with the Accounting and Treasury teams.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Accounting, Legal, and PSPs regarding payments-related questions and ongoing operational changes.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating PSP account balances while optimizing Payment Service Provider KPIs.
• Following up on day-to-day issues with PSPs and taking ownership of critical payments-related incidents.
• Identifying new PSPs, assessing their feasibility, and coordinating integration projects with Payments IT, Fraud, Risk & Payments, CS, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Preparing and analyzing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, while finding ways to improve processes, operations, and platform efficiency. Raising potential risks to the business.

You're good at

• You have at least 1 year of experience in payments or related operations. Prior experience in iGaming is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel for analyzing fees, acceptance rates, and other payment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• You are highly organized, able to take initiative, handle stress, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
