Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Frontend Developer
to take ownership of building and optimizing user-facing applications that deliver exceptional performance and usability. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring other engineers, while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring world-class web experiences to life.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications
with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and usability.

Lead frontend architecture discussions
and ensure adherence to best practices in code structure, modularity, and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with
designers
to translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, reusable, and accessible code.

Work with
backend engineers
to integrate APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.

Write unit, integration and (mainly) end to end tests to
ensure product quality
.

Optimize applications for
cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and responsiveness
.

Mentor junior developers
, conduct code reviews, and help set coding standards across the team.

Stay current with emerging
frontend technologies and frameworks
, proposing improvements to processes and tooling.

Contribute to continuous delivery pipelines, CI/CD practices, and monitoring strategies.

Requirements
5+ years of professional frontend development experience
, with a proven track record of building production web applications.

Deep expertise in
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
.

Strong experience with modern
frontend frameworks/libraries
such as
React, Vue, or Angular
(React preferred).

Solid understanding of
state management
(Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or similar).

Experience with
component-driven development
and design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, etc.).

Knowledge of
web performance optimization
and
accessibility standards
.

Familiarity with
testing tools
such as Playwright, Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

Experience working with
REST APIs
and real-time data sources (WebSockets).

Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
