AS Andevis develops advanced personnel management system for large organizations. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented 
Full-Stack Web Developer
 who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly self-service application and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer at Andevis, you will work on both back-end and front-end development. Your responsibilities will include technical design, implementing, and supporting new features, collaborating with the team. You will be directly involved in creating software that makes a real impact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable back-end and front-end architecture.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interactions for web applications.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design.
  • Contribute throughout the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack or web development.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Spring Boot
     (Java) and 
    Angular
    .
  • Good understanding of 
    REST APIs, AJAX, and WebSockets
    .
  • Familiarity with modern development libraries and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    English and Russian
     (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    UNIX/Linux
     environments.
  • Knowledge of 
    Apache Kafka
    .
  • Containerization skills with 
    Docker
    .
