*How You Will Make an Impact:*
- Design and maintain efficient, smooth, and results-oriented business and sales processes across all channels
- Transform and unify existing local processes into pan-Baltic processes
- Design and implement unified working principles for retail customer-facing units
- Define the competencies required for retail customer-facing employees and design training programs to develop those competencies
- Create training programs or provide input for existing ones, based on the priorities of sales or service processes
- Troubleshoot the root causes of customer or employee issues and identify actions required to improve both customer and employee experiences, as well as process efficiency
- Implement findings from lean methodologies in processes
- Maintain agile cross-functional cooperation with other units
- Prepare and make available necessary process descriptions, guidelines, and documentation
- Develop business cases for different retail processes and initiatives aimed at optimization

- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and structuring business and technical requirements in written form
- Strong ability to present complex content clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in writing
- Deep understanding of the banking industry across the Baltic countries
- Advanced proficiency with banking systems, products, and core business processes
- Ability to quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge and adapt to new business areas
- Demonstrated leadership in moderating and facilitating requirements gathering workshops
- Experience in process design, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies and agile collaboration
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in training design and competency development is a plus
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
