We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission
About the role
The Central Operations Specialist – Efficiency owns automation configuration and performance management across assigned markets. The role ensures automation configurations are correctly implemented and maintained. The Specialist acts as the market expert — tracking and analysing automation metrics to identify issues impacting performance, independently deciding on mitigation actions and ensuring regular visibility across local and central teams. They drive performance improvements, coordinate problem-solving efforts and lead projects with global impact to increase automation success and scalability.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Own automation configuration and performance across assigned markets or regions — ensure correct implementation, maintenance, and optimisation in product configurations.
- Act as the market expert — maintain a deep understanding of automation context, metrics (automation rate, coverage, hard fail rates), and challenges to proactively identify and address issues.
- Drive and coordinate improvement actions — independently prioritise and mitigate issues, leading corrective measures with local and central teams to ensure timely, effective resolutions.
- Provide visibility and insights — consolidate and present regional performance and improvement updates in program and domain discussions, keeping stakeholders at all levels informed.
- Collaborate with and challenge stakeholders — align with local operations and the central product or program teams on priorities, resolve blockers, and constructively challenge assumptions to drive better results.
- Standardise, document, and innovate — maintain clear documentation for automation workflows and troubleshooting, lead or support regional and global improvement projects, and promote proactive problem-solving to enhance automation performance and stability.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational data processing and/or understanding and writing process documentation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering tasks on time and according to requirement.
- Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON to validate product configurations.
- Great communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across operations and product functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, organised and independent in nature.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying
Why you'll love it here:
- Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
- Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
- Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
