Legal Counsel has day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing and controlling all legal support related activities in assigned areas in the country and/or cross-countries ensuring compliance and alignment with all applicable EU and national legal requirements and Luminor Group policies, procedures and other internal documentation.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to private lending, leasing and other product development and transactions
• Provide legal support to other banking products and services related matters
• Provide legal opinions and provide consultations
• Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in a pan-Baltic team
• Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organizations

What We Expect:

• Master's degree in law or any related field
• Legal experience of 3-5 years, preferably in banking and finance
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
  
• Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
