Ganttic
is a flexible resource planning platform — the rising star among project management and planning tools. Used across industries and by teams of all sizes, we've built a strong foundation over 15+ years with clients worldwide.

Now we're looking for a
Marketing Manager
to amplify our impact: clarifying our message, sharpening our voice, highlighting our values, and connecting our story to wider audiences globally.

Your role & responsibilities:


• Build and own Ganttic's marketing strategy — from positioning to execution


• Drive visibility in AI-driven search and improve how people discover Ganttic


• Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including keyword analysis and content strategy


• Redefine and sharpen our homepage messaging, brand voice, and values, ensuring they come through clearly across all channels


• Oversee content creation (blogs, FAQs, landing pages) and ensure it aligns with our positioning


• Monitor analytics (GA4 & other tools) to measure and optimize performance


• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align messaging with customer needs

What we're looking for:


• Solid background in marketing (B2B SaaS/digital products preferred)


• Hands-on SEO, content strategy & brand positioning experience


• Confidence in written English: the ability to craft messaging with strong positioning and tone of voice


• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action


• Someone who enjoys the versatility of a role that combines strategy with hands-on execution


• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team where initiative and ownership matter
