What You'll Own

• Build the Core Engine
  : Architect and develop our AI-powered cursor companion system that operates seamlessly across any web application
• Shape Technical Vision
  : Work directly with founders to define our technical roadmap and make critical architectural decisions
• Real-Time AI Orchestration
  : Design systems that handle complex AI workflows, DOM manipulation, and real-time user guidance using our cutting-edge tech stack
• Performance at Scale
  : Build high-performance systems that can handle thousands of concurrent AI agents analyzing and interacting with web interfaces
• User Experience Magic
  : Create intuitive interfaces where users can delegate complex tasks through natural language commands

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years
   of full-stack engineering experience with 
  React
   and 
  TypeScript
• Startup DNA
   - Previous startup experience is non-negotiable; you understand the pace, ambiguity, and ownership required
• DOM Whisperer
   - Deep understanding of DOM manipulation, viewport control, and browser automation
• AI Enthusiasm
   - Experience or strong interest in building AI-powered applications
• Founder Mindset
   - You think like an owner, ship fast, and aren't afraid to wear multiple hats

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with 
  state machines
   (XState) or a similar pattern
• WebSocket/real-time systems
   experience
• Background in 
  browser automation
   or 
  web scraping
• LangGraph
   or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with 
  PostgreSQL
   and 
  NestJS
• Interest in 
  voice interaction
   systems (coming in Q4)
