We are looking for a
Senior Engineering Manager
to lead the
Revenue Assurance
team within the
Commerce
domain in Estonia. In this role, you will own financial reporting systems, ledger core, treasury technology. Your main customer will be Finance team and CFO.

, you will lead a team of highly skilled software engineers, working closely with
Product, Analytics, and Operations
teams to deliver impactful features and seamless experiences for Bolt users.

About The Role
As a Senior Engineering Manager,
you will lead the Revenue Assurance engineering group—setting strategy, managing managers, and partnering closely with Finance to integrate an industry-grade Ledger into Bolt's Commerce platform, ensuring alignment across compliance, financial accuracy, and scalable data systems.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Define and drive the engineering strategy for the Revenue Assurance domain, partnering closely with Product and Finance teams to integrate a scalable and compliant Ledger system into Bolt's Commerce platform.
- Lead and grow high-performing teams including managing Engineering Managers and senior engineers, ensuring effective hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning to sustain long-term team excellence.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from refining requirements with Product Managers to delivering secure, scalable, and test-covered software solutions that meet compliance and business needs.
- Foster engineering excellence and technical alignment, ensuring code quality, architecture decisions, and delivery practices follow industry best standards and Bolt's internal conventions.
- Synchronize cross-functional roadmaps, aligning with Finance stakeholders to manage delivery expectations while balancing technical scalability and business priorities..
- Promote a culture of ownership and Continuous improvement, where engineers are empowered, documentation is clear, and accountability for production performance and resilience is upheld.
About you:
- You have proven experience in team and stakeholder management running multiple team organisation. You know how to lead and manage managers. You have background in Revenue Assurance domain and have experience with related Compliance.
- You make data-driven decisions, using metrics to guide team priorities and product improvements.
- You have a good understanding of delivering and being part of ROI driven product roadmap development.
- You have backend development experience, preferably in a Product based Company.
- You can motivate, inspire, and attract top talent while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
- You lead initiatives end-to-end, driving execution even through the toughest challenges.
