Purpose Of The Role
As
Senior Graphic Designer
, you will lead the creation of impactful visual content across all marketing channels, shaping and evolving our brand's visual identity. You'll collaborate with marketing, digital, and events teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring design consistency across print, digital, and customer touchpoints. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for high-quality design that drives engagement and business growth.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the concept, design, and execution of visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and environmental media.
• Manage end-to-end design projects—from creative brief to final delivery—ensuring brand alignment, quality, and timely execution.
• Develop original, strategic creative solutions that support marketing objectives and reflect the brand's vision.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, events, digital, VIP, and casino) to understand goals and deliver impactful design.
• Liaise with external agencies, partners, and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and promotional items.
• Create and maintain brand collateral such as brochures, signage, merchandise, social media visuals, and digital ads.
• Conduct ongoing brand audits and recommend ways to enhance visual consistency and impact.
• Support brand training by guiding internal teams on using visual assets and templates effectively.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and industry best practices.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technology to continuously innovate and elevate the brand.
• Embody and promote the company's culture, values, and brand integrity in every design initiative.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for high-quality, polished work.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors.
• Familiarity with branding, marketing strategy, and user-centered design.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and guide design direction.
• Motion design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

The Team By Your Side
You'll be part of the Bombay Marketing team, working closely with Product and Graphic Designers, a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketers, Copywriter, and CRM Manager, and reporting directly to the Branding and Marketing Manager.
