We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer
to craft innovative and user-friendly experiences for our web and cloud applications. In this role, you'll help shape the long-term vision of our products by leveraging user testing and data-driven insights to create designs that are intuitive and impactful. As a senior designer, you'll champion design excellence and play a key role in delivering user-centered solutions that align with Malwarebytes' mission to protect people in today's digital world.

What You'll Do

  • Design of engaging, intuitive user experiences for web platforms
  • Champion design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices
  • Conduct and analyze user testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, analytics, and customer support—to align designs with business and user goals
  • Create and present interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather stakeholder feedback
  • Shape the evolution of the products design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms

Skills And Qualifications You'll Need To Have

  • 7 years of product design experience focused on consumer products
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
  • Experience with user testing, data analysis, and iterative design processes
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or technical applications is an advantage
