At Your Bourse, as an
SMM & Community Manager
, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our online presence and community across social media and industry platforms. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented professional who can develop engaging content, foster meaningful interactions with our audience, and support brand awareness and lead generation globally.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, support campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish content for Your Bourse and FX Dealer Academy across channels (LinkedIn, Telegram).
• Create and adapt visuals (thumbnails, post banners, short-form content) in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare content for podcasts, including key messages, insights, show notes, and descriptions.
• Manage YouTube uploads (titles, chapters, tags, cover images) and optimise for engagement.
• Prepare and send email newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Write long-form content such as articles, PR drafts, and expert posts.
• Manage the FXDA community (cohort chats, reminders, weekly updates).
• Upload modules, live sessions, and FAQs to the Thinkific platform.
• Support students and coordinate communication across platforms.
• Track analytics across channels and prepare weekly performance reports; and
• Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Telegram channels.
• Experience with YouTube content management.
• Strong writing skills for both short-form and long-form content.
• Basic experience with Canva/Figma, Notion, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work quickly and independently, while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Experience in FinTech / FX industry, especially writing articles or thought leadership content.
• Experience in online education or academy-style content is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of B2B tone of voice and trading industry terminology.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail; proactive, structured, and well-organized.
