is a newly launched investment and advisory arm under Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS), established to accelerate global deployment of mature and combat proven unmanned systems and AI solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Communication & Marketing Specialist
to establish and manage the public presence of Ondas Capital in Europe. Based in our Tallinn office, you will serve as the primary marketing lead and play a central role in building the company's visual identity, communication standards, and public image.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop the brand identity: Define and maintain the company's visual and verbal style, including logo use, colors, fonts, and tone of voice.
  • Oversee marketing content: Plan, write, and approve all external communication materials, including website text, press materials, and social media content (LinkedIn and X).
  • Supervise content production: Guide and review the work of the in-house content creator responsible for photography and video editing.
  • Website management: Collaborate with the graphic designer and web developer to build and maintain a professional, compliant, and consistent website.
  • Social media oversight: Approve and schedule all company and employee posts on LinkedIn and X to ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Press and media coordination: Manage communication with journalists, organize interviews, and support PR initiatives in cooperation with the European PR team.
  • Event communication: Support and promote events, conferences, and media engagements in Estonia and across Europe.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure all published content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

What We're Looking for:

  • Minimum experience in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations.
  • Excellent command of English and proven ability to produce precise, high-quality written content for professional audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
