Imagine this:
you come across a vacancy that's a perfect fit for you. You're excited, you have the right skills, but… you don't get invited for an interview. Why?

Your CV only shows your work experience - it doesn't reflect that you're results-driven, have strong problem-solving skills, or the ability to quickly learn new things, all of which are crucial for the role.

Frustrating, right?

Welcome to Assessio
Assessio helps companies make objective hiring decisions based on data, not just a CV or gut feeling. This way, we ensure the right people end up in the right positions.

Organizations save time in the recruitment process, improve the quality of their hires, and increase long-term employee engagement.

We do this for more than 2,000 organizations, including Rabobank, G-Star, KLM, Maandag, and PostNL.

This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical capability, and a deep understanding of digital platforms and audience targeting. You'll work closely with content, sales, and product teams to turn business objectives into impactful digital campaigns that deliver measurable results and scalable growth.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies leveraging Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and pipeline
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels, continuously monitoring performance metrics, adjusting bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI
  • Utilize HubSpot's marketing automation and tracking features
  • Implement precise audience segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant message delivery
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with creative teams to increase engagement and drive conversions
  • Coordinate campaigns with sales and product teams to align messaging and marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email flows to improve performance and identify best practices
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of digital advertising best practices and leverage new features
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with performance goals and ROI expectations
  • Generate detailed performance reports, presenting findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations

Who You Are

Assessio puts a lot of emphasis on who you are as a person and less emphasis on what you've done in the past. If you have the right attitude, are quick to learn new things, take your initiative and work hard to reach your goals, you will get support with the rest To get the right conditions to succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • 3+ years in performance marketing or related field, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Expert-level proficiency across campaign management tools like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing and lead funnel metrics
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques
  • Creative flair for ad copy and landing pages
