Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Tallinn. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the daily online sales operations, optimize the customer shopping experience, analyze sales data, and support digital marketing strategies. They will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless online interactions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, additional languages are beneficial
