We're looking for a Technology Engineer who will, being part of operations development team, contribute into the strategic advancement

This position is critical for defining, leading and supporting the implementation of ongoing projects and for driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions with the goal of automating and optimizing production processes. You will also develop new technologies that enhance product value. 

This position offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in a dynamic, fast-changing company.

What will you do?
  • Designing technological solutions with the goal of automating and optimizing production processes and creating new technologies that add value to products.
  • Mapping and developing technological infrastructure.
  • Participating in continuous improvement as well as strategic initiative projects.
  • Performing profitability calculations.
  • Preparing documentation for your area of responsibility.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Degree in a technical field (higher education)
  • Proficiency in technical drawing
  • Ability to perform technical calculations
  • Good command of MS Office tools
  • Good English and Estonian skills verbally and in written
