Customer Service Specialist - Hebrew speaker (Tallinn, Estonia)

Are you a Hebrew-speaking professional looking for an international remote opportunity?
Join a leading global customer experience project and support in Estonia.

What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew and English.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Deliver a world-class service experience by actively listening and empathizing with customers.

What You Bring
Fluency in Hebrew (C1+) and English (B2).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (09:00-22:00).
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory;  full training is provided.
