Customer Service Advisor
to join our dynamic team and be the voice of our brand to boutiques and shops across Europe.
What You´ll Do:
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
What We´re Looking For:
- Is proficient or bilingual in Hebrew and has an advanced level of English.
- Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills.
- Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
