About the Role:
We're partnering with a leading global support provider seeking fluent Hebrew speakers to join their high-performance team. You'll be delivering exceptional customer service to users across digital platforms resolving issues, building trust, and enhancing the customer journey in Hebrew and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (voice, chat, email) from Hebrew-speaking customers
- Resolve account, product, service and technical-adjacent issues with speed and accuracy
- Provide clear, empathetic communication and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document interactions and follow through to closure, escalating where required
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and be part of a continuously evolving support environment
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centered mindset
- Previous experience in customer support, help-desk or related roles is advantageous, but not necessary
