Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hebrew-Speaking)
Location: Estonia (Remote)
Starting Date: 15 December 2025
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 22:00
- Including bank holidays
We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Tallinn. You will support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company procedures.
- Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Must already be based in Tallinn
Important:
If you are moving from abroad, you must confirm "Yes, I will be moving on my own" or "I don't need relocation support."
- Full-time contract.
- Competitive salary package.
- Bonus of €100 gross per month (based on KPI fulfillment).
