Threod Systems is a leading provider of battle-tested military technology solutions. We are a world-class engineering and technology company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Electro-Optical Systems, and Aircraft Launching Systems for critical defence missions as well as governmental and commercial applications.

We are looking for a
Financial Controller
to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes that support the company's operational and strategic goals. You will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management—focusing on cost control, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review
    monthly management reports
    , ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Validate and reconcile
    automated financial transactions
    from production, stock, and ERP system postings
  • Monitor and analyze
    cost of goods sold, margins, and inventory movements
  • Support
    budgeting and forecasting
    activities, including variance analyses
  • Collaborate closely with the
    accounting
    and production teams to improve data flow and reporting quality
  • Institute, oversee, and enforce internal controls pertaining to financial data
  • Support
    audits
    and other external reporting requirements

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Auditor, or in a similar finance-related position
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
  • Proven ability to manage financial processes and lead month-end/year-end closings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced or growing company is preferred
