Role Description

This is a project-based, freelance collaboration (not a full-time role). We are looking for expert trainers and practitioners who have real-world experience implementing AI in business processes and can deliver practical, high-impact training sessions (online and/or on-site in Tallinn, depending on the project).

Responsibilities may include:


• Designing and delivering training on AI for Business / Generative AI and AI-enabled automation


• Adapting content to specific industries and business needs (Finance, Accounting, Compliance/AML, Risk, Data, Marketing, HR, Legal, etc.)


• Creating practical materials: use cases, workflows, demos, exercises, templates


• Running workshops and coaching sessions focused on measurable outcomes and implementation readiness


• Collecting client requirements and aligning training objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing AI / automation in business (examples required)


• Strong ability to teach adults: training / workshops / internal enablement


• Ability to translate complex AI topics into practical workflows and business value


• Experience with GenAI tools and typical business use cases (prompting, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, governance)


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (online delivery)


• Languages: English and/or Estonian and/or Russian and/or Latvian
