We are seeking a Business Development Partner to expand our client portfolio across Estonia. This role is ideal for a results-driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and earning directly from success. You will act as a key contributor in Guardium's expansion, identifying new opportunities and helping organizations access world-class cybersecurity services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business clients across industries such as healthcare, finance, IT, logistics, and professional services.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email using Guardium's tested frameworks and materials.
- Qualify prospects, schedule consultations, and collaborate with Guardium's cybersecurity team to prepare proposals.
- Support the end-to-end sales process — from first contact to signed agreement.
- Build and maintain a personal client pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our outreach strategy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified meetings booked with decision-makers.
- Number of new clients closed per month.
- Consistent activity volume across outreach channels.
- Accuracy of CRM reporting and pipeline updates.
- Client satisfaction and retention after onboarding.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based partnership role. Compensation is entirely performance-driven:
- €200–€700 per closed client
, depending on contract value. - Performance bonuses
for exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. - No earnings cap
— the more clients closed, the higher your income. - Opportunity for transition to a salaried Business Development or Sales Lead position
based on results.
Example: closing three average clients per month yields €1,200–€2,000+ in commission income.
Required Experience & Background
- Proven ability or strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Estonian and/or English).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and persistence.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, IT, or compliance topics (or willingness to learn).
- Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern outreach tools.
