We're hiring: Business Development Representative – Fleetbrains
Are you the kind of person who can turn a phone into a weapon and spreadsheets into gold mines?
Fleetbrains is a fast-growing company selling nearly new, low-mileage fleet cars to Europe's biggest dealers. We don't sell "random cars" — we're setting a whole new standard: transparency, speed, and trust.
Our vision:
to shake up the old-school used car market and make it transparent, honest, and tech-driven.
What you'll do:
- Hunt new clients across Central Europe through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Keep our CRM, pricing, and offers sharp and up to date (HubSpot will be your new best friend)
- Close deals in a way that clients want to raise a glass with you after work
- Coordinate logistics, set prices, negotiate deals, and keep every wheel turning
Who we're looking for:
- A proven direct sales pro with the kind of pitch people remember
- English is a must; German or French is a plus
- Independent, ambitious, eager to learn — and you
love
the word "No," because that's when the real game begins - Tech-curious (don't worry, we don't expect you to rebuild an engine — just to light up when the conversation turns to cars and technology)
