Now we are looking for a
Technical Sales Representative
to join Tehomet's Estonian unit in Kiiu.
Tehomet Baltic OÜ, a subsidiary of Finnish Tehomet Oy, is in Kiiu, approximately 40 km from Tallinn. Our modern facilities offer an excellent working environment. The unit works closely with sales and engineering teams in Finland and other countries. Expanding our operations in Estonia is strategically important to us, and we are now looking for a new team member to support this growth.
About the role
In this position, you will work as a technical sales representative at Tehomet's Estonian unit. Initially, the role focuses heavily on handling orders and quotations, offering a great opportunity to learn and grow.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer inquiries: identifying technical needs, checking prices, and preparing quotations
- Handling incoming orders and entering them into systems
- Coordinating production: directing orders to the correct factory (Estonia, Poland, Finland), confirming schedules, and keeping customers informed
- Interpreting technical drawings and collaborating with engineers
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone with technical understanding and a genuine desire to learn. You may be a recently graduated engineer or a more experienced professional - what matters most is your attitude and ability to absorb new information quickly. You might have a background in metalwork, welding, construction, or another technical field. You should be able to interpret technical drawings and communicate effectively with engineers. IT skills and system proficiency are essential, and we also value customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle routines carefully.
Language skills are important for international collaboration - fluency in English and Estonian is required, and knowledge of Finnish or Russian is considered an advantage.
