We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative
to join our team. In this role, you'll go beyond regular outbound activities and join forces with the Marketing team.

You'll be building pipeline, supporting campaigns, and growing your LinkedIn presence with our backing. You'll also have the chance to join industry events if that's your thing.

It's a modern SDR role where persistence and creativity are valued, and the impact of your work is clear.

What you'll be doing?

  • Sourcing and qualifying leads.
  • Reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Keeping outreach volume and quality high while staying focused on our ICP (enterprise and mid-market accounts).
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
  • Building your LinkedIn presence, with guidance and support for content creation.

You'll have a chance to grow into an Account Executive role.

Who are you?

  • You have 1.5–3 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role in B2B tech.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn.
  • Strong communicator in English. Clear writing, confident in pitching.
  • Active on LinkedIn or motivated to build your presence.
  • Experience with contact sourcing tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, or Clay.
  • A self-starter: proactive, resilient, and curious about new ways to reach prospects.
  • Located in the EU.
  • Bonus: experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and building email cadences.
