is looking for a
Business Development Partner
to help expand our client base across the EU market.
We specialize in
custom web, mobile, and business software development
- including HR systems, ERP platforms, analytics dashboards, and other tailor-made digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the EU (B2B, public sector, startups, SMBs).
- Present SvartDev's services and coordinate communication between the client and our tech team.
- Use any effective tools - LinkedIn, freelance platforms, e-mail, translated materials, or AI assistants (including ChatGPT).
- Transfer qualified leads and stay involved until the contract is signed.
What we offer
- Contract-based collaboration (not employment).
- Commission: 10% of the signed and paid contract value.
- Higher rates are possible for large clients - discussed and fixed in the contract.
- Fully
remote and flexible work. - Ongoing support from the SvartDev team - presentations, case studies, technical materials, and expertise.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, IT outsourcing, or lead generation is a plus.
- Knowledge of English (additional EU languages are welcome).
- Strong communication and initiative; ability to understand client business needs.
