We're looking for a proactive and organized 
assistant

to support our HR, sales, and finance teams with everyday tasks. If you enjoy a varied role, like helping things run smoothly, and want to be part of a growing company, this is for You

What You'll do:

  • Assisting the HR Manager with different administrative tasks, i.e organizing events, team gatherings, supporting internal communication, onboarding flows, documentation etc;
  • Assisting the sales team with CRM updates, preparation, and follow-ups;
  • Helping the finance/billing team with invoicing support and data entry;
  • Jumping in where needed to keep the teams running smoothly.

This role is for You, if:

  • You are well-organized and comfortable handling different types of tasks throughout the day;
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude to bring into the fast-paced IT-sector;
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in Estonian and English;
  • You have an eye for detail and a sense of responsibility;
  • Can adapt easily when priorities shift and know how to stay focused.
