Founded in 2015, Reverse Resources (RR) has been at the forefront of driving the circular agenda in the textiles and fashion industry through our innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. This data-driven tool offers real-time transparency and market insights for waste management, connecting brands with recyclers to access high-quality waste efficiently. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. We are already engaging and working with 18 of the largest global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers.
About The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our growing international team. In this dynamic role, you will provide crucial support across HR, finance, legal compliance, and executive functions.
The anticipated start date for this position is Monday, 3 November 2025.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR processes: contracts, onboarding, employee records, and communication.
- Coordinating office management and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organising and maintaining company documentation and archives.
- Assisting with basic legal tasks and compliance documentation.
- Supporting the finance team with expense tracking, invoicing, and basic reporting.
- Arranging and coordinating management travel schedules and logistics.
- Processing visa applications for the management team and providing document support for employee visa applications.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team.
Were looking for someone with:
- Prior experience in administration, HR assistance, or office management.
- Organised, precise, and enjoys bringing structure to processes.
- Basic knowledge of legal and financial matters (contracts, invoices, reporting).
- Proactive, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a remote, international team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Must have the legal right to work in Estonia and be considered a tax resident.
