Your purpose
Your mission is to simplify IT for mid-sized businesses across the Baltics by developing and supporting Primend's web-based portal, which runs backend automations. You will support the execution of key operational processes, including payouts, account reconciliation, input of commercial terms, and transaction monitoring. By doing that, you will have a significant impact on Primend customer experience, which helps companies and organizations across Baltics to be more efficient and successful.
Who are you?
- You have 3–5 years of programming experience, including at least 2 years in web application development
- You are familiar with web frameworks such as Laravel and NodeJS
- You have experience with enterprise systems, user rights management, upgrades, and enhancements
- You can design and implement automations between platforms
- You have a solid technical background in developing and integrating web technologies and applications
- You understand relational databases (queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions)
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- You have a customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
- You are fluent in Estonian and in English
What you'll bring to Primend
- Development and support of the web-based portal
- Coordination of application and platform issues and technical support
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve internal escalations
- Maintenance of internal reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation
- Support and maintenance of company applications (user rights, enhancements, upgrades, training)
- Design and implementation of procedural systems for efficient service and information delivery
- Providing reports, data extractions, scripts, and updates from business applications
- Creating and maintaining system and process documentation
- Ensuring data security and integrity using industry best practices
- Promoting Primend values through positive interactions with internal and external partners
