What We Do…
We're people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we've been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply.
We've helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.
And today, we're the world's leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder's technology every year.
About the Lead Product Designer role...
SiteMinder's Experience Design team is on a quest to make every hotelier's job easier and their business more profitable. To help us get there, we're hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our team in Estonia. If you're a self-sufficient problem solver, who loves human centred design, keep reading
Our designers provide design and research capabilities across all SiteMinder products, including UX, UI and user research, all of which help form great product experiences for customers and guests. In this case, the role is responsible for the end-to-end digital guest experience, including products that enable hoteliers to create websites, manage omni-channel messaging, and drive engagement through online check-in, upselling, and feedback gathering, while maintaining a holistic view of the guest journey across all stages of their visit.
This role also requires people management capabilities as the successful candidate will be leading the product design practice in Europe, including line management of any junior-mid Product Designers as the team expands.
As our product team in Estonia is still growing, we are also expecting the Lead Product Designer to take on some responsibilities normally associated with a Product Manager. The successful candidate will not only work closely with designers, but also with our VP of Product and Product Owner to provide an end to end product management capability.
