Qualifications and Certifications
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional Experience
  • Experience supporting testing activities for enterprise or public sector information systems.
  • Involvement in government digital transformation or system modernization projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, and test results in line with project standards.
  • Experience working closely with developers, solution architects, and functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes align with project governance, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
