Project Manager

Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, or equivalent project governance certification. Agile or hybrid delivery certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum, AgilePM) are an advantage.
Professional Experience Must have managed at least two government or public sector projects involving the implementation of GRP or equivalent solutions. Management of software solution and advisory services project implementations, preferably in government or public sector environments. Lead all phases of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Build and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders and project steering committees. Manage day-to-day project operations, including work plans, schedules, WBS, deliverables, and risk management. Ensure timely submission of quality deliverables and proper management of project documentation. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to senior officials. Apply organizational project standards and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement.
