We're looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team and drive growth in the LATAM markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships, building strong relationships, and optimizing campaigns to meet key acquisition and revenue targets. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

  • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns in the LATAM markets to hit key acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on successes and areas for growth.
  • Negotiate commission structures and promotional placements.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities and content comply with brand guidelines and local regulations.
  • Tailor campaigns to be culturally and commercially relevant for specific LATAM markets.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, product, finance, and analytics teams to support campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and networks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to align on strategy and budgets.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and regulations.

You're good at

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record in multi-market or region-specific roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into performance improvements.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing metrics.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a key advantage.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with various teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours when needed to communicate with affiliates across different time zones.
