Your role

  • Participate in the clients' meetings to understand the client's business needs, including their technical capabilities/infrastructure
  • Advise the client on how to solve their business needs through IT and introduce the different technical options, communicating architectural decisions clearly
  • Leading technical direction, architecture, and development planning
  • Facilitating roadmap creation, effort estimation, and technical prioritization
  • Mentoring developers and creating space for their professional growth
  • Collaborating closely with PMs, Product Owners, Architects, and other lead roles
  • Staying hands-on with code where it adds the most value

We are looking for

  • Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Architect
  • Strong technical background in Java, relational DBs, and a modern JS framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
  • Ability to guide people and support developers' growth
  • Experience with defining architecture visions and turning visions into executable roadmaps
  • Willingness to actively and constructively communicate across roles and teams
  • Fluency in Estonian and professional proficiency in English
