Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Own the full product lifecycle: from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on engagement tools such as leaderboards and gamification features.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform product direction, with a particular emphasis on CRM marketing and engagement tools in the gaming sector.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and the needs of CRM and promotions teams.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on value, effort, and strategic fit, especially those that drive user engagement and gamification.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time, and work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear product requirements, success metrics, and testable hypotheses, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication, especially between CRM teams, developers, and business leaders.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement, with a focus on optimizing engagement tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date documentation, including ownership of release notes, articles, and training materials.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence within the team, proposing ideas and optimizations beyond the basic requirements of the role.
Qualifications

Components for Success: You…

  • Have deep familiarity with CRM marketing and engagement tools, ideally in the gaming industry or adjacent sectors.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with gamification platforms (building, implementing, or selling to gaming clients).
  • Excel at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially CRM and promotions teams.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Are comfortable working in Agile software development environments and collaborating with developers to deliver technical solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of product management best practices, from vision to delivery, even if your background is more CRM or engagement-focused than traditional product management.
  • Are analytical, data-driven, and able to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Show a proactive, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of documentation and training content.
  • Are organized, enthusiastic, and able to propose optimizations and improvements, not just execute assigned tasks.

You'll Get Extra Points for…

  • Previous product management experience (not essential if other must-haves are met).
  • Experience in the online casino or gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with PAM+ (Player Account Management) platforms or similar enterprise systems.
  • Technical skills: basic SQL, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in documentation ownership: writing release notes, updating articles, creating training videos.
  • Additional languages (Estonian, Russian, Spanish, etc.).
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a global, multicultural context.

Thrive in a culture that values...

  • A diverse, inclusive, and supportive team environment where everyone's voice is heard.
  • Global scope and opportunities for career growth and internal mobility.
  • Continuous learning and development, with access to mentorship and training.
  • Work-life balance, wellbeing support, and a vibrant social calendar.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive health and dental insurance, generous vacation, and unique perks (complimentary meals, free parking, and more).
  • The chance to work with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, innovative setting.
