We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an English-speaking Customer Care Consultant Join our vibrant team of night shift workers and become the backbone of support for our Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying customers needs and advising them on the best solution;
  • Professional and fast service in English by phone, chat and e-mail;
  • Creating new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • Very good self-expression and communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
  • Willingness to work at night - you will be expected, generally, to observe the working hours between 23:00 pm to 13:00 pm from Monday-Saturday (to meet with Australia operating hours), shifts are 8-hours long (40 hours in total per week).
  • Previous experience in communicating with customers.
