Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Wallester's participation in major industry conferences, including sponsorship management, stand design, and logistical arrangements
  • Organize company-hosted events, such as networking gatherings, workshops, or brand showcases, to boost awareness and strengthen client and partner relations
  • Manage travel arrangements and provide on-site support for executives and team members during events
  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams to develop creative event concepts, branded materials, and engaging visual content
  • Oversee the production and inventory of corporate merchandise, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the Wallester brand
  • Evaluate event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements
  • Experience in event management, corporate events, or conference organization (experience in fintech or B2B events is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
  • Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • English at B2 level or higher; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
