- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
- 365 days a year (including bank holidays – paid double)
About The Role
We are looking for a
Danish-speaking Travel Consultant
to join our team in Tallinn. You will be supporting customers with their travel-related inquiries, including reservations, itinerary changes, and general service requests. This is a remote role within Estonia, offering you the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
Language skills:
Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.
Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Must already be based in Estonia (remote work permitted).
