What You Will Do:
- Design and implement a divisional performance dashboard (MVP and full version) that tracks progress toward strategic goals
- Gather and translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs that align with divisional and organizational outcomes
- Own the quality and consistency of performance data (KPIs, KRIs, OKRs) and ensure it tells a clear, actionable story
- Champion goal alignment, ensuring objectives are cascaded and linked to measurable outcomes
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, reduce friction, and optimize end-to-end workflows
- Ensure our processes and procedures support agility, compliance, and clarity in a regulated banking environment
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and balanced risk-taking
- Support communities of practice and virtual teams with insights, best practices, and logistical coordination
- Partner with other divisions and control functions to embed governance frameworks and drive improvements based on first-line execution
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in performance measurement and building dashboards from scratch
- Strong skill set for visual storytelling through data (analytical skills, presentation skills)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive clarity in data and processes
- Fluent in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Power BI
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks, including the end-to-end design and effectiveness of processes and controls
- Experience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworks
- Strong project management skills, self-driven
- Background in banking or experience in a similar regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and operations in a regulated environment
- Good awareness of regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to technology teams, particularly EBA guidelines like DORA
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
